Drink This in The Morning to Curb Cravings, Balance Blood Sugar and Reduce Inflammation (Gingered Golden Milk Recipe)

Start the morning sweetly, with a grounding mug of warm Golden Milk. This recipe curbs cravings, balances blood sugar, and reduces inflammation. The warming ginger boosts digestion and tames tummy troubles. This drink is golden indeed!

  1. Ginger, 1/2 inch piece, sliced
  2. Native Forest Coconut Milk, 1 can (16 oz)
  3. Water, 8 oz
  4. 1 tsp Turmeric, ground
  5. 1/8 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
  6. 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  7. 1/8 tsp Cardamom, ground
  8. 1 tsp Raw Honey
  1. Place sliced ginger, coconut milk and water in a pot.
  2. Add turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon and cardamom and stir.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour into two mugs
  5. Stir 1/2 tsp of honey into each mug
  6. Drink and enjoy!

    Has anyone tried a cold(er) version of this? It sounds good and I like the potential benefits, but I’ve never been a huge hot drink fan.
