Power-up Your Lunch with this 2-minute Protein Smoothie

This protein smoothie is my favorite lunch or dinner when I’m on the go and need something filling on the quick. It’s protein rich, full of healthy fats to curb cravings and refreshing. It’s also absolutely delightful!

2-minute Tropical Protein Smoothie
Serves 1
This refreshing protein smoothie will keep energized and totally full when you're on a hurry and need a delicious grab n' go lunch!

Ingredients
  1. 1 Can of Native Forest Coconut Milk
  2. 1 Organic Banana, peeled
  3. 1 Bag of Organic Frozen Pineapple
  4. 2 Tbsp Organic Hemp Seeds
  5. 2 Tbsp Raw Organic Almond Butter
Instructions
  1. Pour the coconut milk in a blender
  2. Add banana, frozen pineapple, hemp seeds and almond butter
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Pour into a 16 oz glass Ball Jar
Notes
  1. *I make this ahead of time and keep it in the freezer, grab it for work and then it thaw all morning. By lunch time, it's ready to go!
